SERVES 2
Ingredients:
VICTORIA Olive oil ½ oz.
Beef tenderloin 10 oz.
Salt to taste
VICTORIA Black pepper to taste
Onion, chopped 2 oz,
VICTORIA Chopped Garlic ¼ oz.
VICTORIA Calamata Olives, sliced 1 oz.
VICTORIA Capers ½ oz.
Anchovy fillets, chopped ¼ oz.
VICTORIA Fradiavolo Sauce 6 oz.
Water 2 oz.
VICTORIA Parsley .1 oz.

Directions:
Heat sauté pan and olive oil until smoking.
Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
Sauté the steak in the hot oil until desired doneness.
Remove the steak.
In the same oil, sauté the garlic and onion until translucent.
Add the olives, capers, anchovies, Fradiavolo Sauce and water. Cook for a few minutes.
Add the parsley. Serve the sauce with the steak.
