The term "seasoning" has often been applied to both herbs and spices. Herbs are green-leafed plants from temperate zones and are often grown in vegetable gardens. Spices, on the other hand, obtained from certain fruits, seeds, roots, flower buds and barks, which come from plants native to tropical climates, and are known by their pungent flavor.

Spices were first discovered during the early Middle Ages. People learned to appreciate the flavor, and sometimes the color that spices could add to dishes. Many believe that spices have medicinal value and are still used as the basis for modern medicine.

There are no limits to the uses of herbs and spices. They can be delicious substitutes for salt, both before and after cooking. Because of this, we offer a varied selection of seasonings. It's all up to your personal tastes and preferences.
