Eggplant, the fruit of a plant that originated in India, is a berry that is consumed as a vegetable. It is very versatile and is delicious hot or cold.
An essential ingredient in Asian and Mediterranean cuisine.

VICTORIA Shoestring Eggplant is made from fresh eggplant, which is peeled, cut in julienne style, cooked, and marinated in a tangy vinegar marinade.

For a real Italian taste treat, drain liquid and rinse with fresh water, drizzle with Victoria Extra Virgin Olive Oil, season with Victoria Oregano and Victoria Basil. Let stand for 10 minutes and serve.

Lupini Beans are an old world treat, an excellent cocktail snack, and they are already cooked and ready to eat. The outer shell of the bean should be removed prior to use. If desired, beans can be soaked in fresh water to reduce salt.

Lupini beans are a rich source of protein, folic acid, and potassium, a very good source of iron, and magnesium; they also contain thiamin, niacin, pantothenic acid, zinc, phosphorus, and copper, in addition to being a good source of dietary fiber.

Pignoli is an excellent source of magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, copper, and niacin; they are a good source of folic acid and provide riboflavin as well as vitamin B6, and are a very rich source of dietary fiber.

VICTORIA Sun Dried Tomatoes are imported from Italy and are literally dried in the sun.

We start off with the finest plump, red, pear-shaped plum tomatoes and these are dried from 5 to 7 days depending upon temperature.

We then take these delicious tomatoes and season them with the finest spices, flavor them with pure red wine vinegar and pack them in a combination of canola and pure olive oil.

Sun Dried tomatoes can be used in a salad, in pasta sauces, used as an appetizer, or added on your favorite sandwich.
