VICTORIA is still a family business after 77 years and is owned by the grandsons of the founder
Pelligrino Aquilina.

As of January 1, 2005 we employ 190 full time employees and in the growing season (August through November) employment is in the area of 250 people. There are three separate facilities in Brooklyn and a facility in New Jersey totaling over 250,000 square feet.

Our main production facility and offices are located in the Canarsie section of Brooklyn and operate 24 hours a day. There are 3 state-of-the-art production lines capable of producing over 200,000 jars per day.

We maintain our own in-house laboratory for quality control and all product testing including microbiological . Our in-house graphic design department work in all computer platforms and industry standard graphic design applications. In addition to producing all our packaging, promotional and advertising graphics, it has designed, developed, and maintains this website.

We have 28 sales people, plus 3 field merchandisers with regional offices in Connecticut and the Maryland. In the North East, we are our own distributors and our products are sold to every major supermarket chain. Outside the North East we sell through distributors.

As an off shoot of our branded business, we private label and co-pack for many different Specialty and National Food Firms, Supermarket Chains and Warehouse Clubs, and the list keeps growing. Our customers range from the Fortune 100 to the self-entrepreneur and all are treated with the same respect and dignity.

Our firm is a USDA Inspected Meat and Poultry Plant, Kosher, approved by the US Military for troop feeding, and is inspected by all the appropriate State and Federal food agencies, as well as Silika, AIB and Cook and Thurber laboratories where we maintain a superior rating of 960.
