SERVES 2
Ingredients:
0.5 oz. VICTORIA Olive Oil
12 oz. Pork Loin Cutlet (4 3-oz. Portions)
Salt(To Taste)
Ground White Pepper(To Taste)
1 oz. Onion
1 oz. Bacon
5 oz. Mushrooms, Quartered
.1 oz. Chives
5 oz. VICTORIA Fradiavolo Sauce
2 oz. Water

Directions:
Heat the sauté pan and oil until smoking.
Season the pork with the salt and white pepper.
Sauté the pork cutlet until it reaches an internal temperature 145º F. Remove the pork.
Sauté the bacon and onion in the same fat for 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook until slightly brown.
Add the Fradiavolo Sauce and water. Cook until coating viscosity.
Serve with the pork cutlet.
