Victoria Mushrooms

VICTORIA Pickled Mushrooms (marinated in vinegar) and Marinated Mushrooms (marinated in an olive oil and vinegar marinade) are packed in 8 oz. glass and 128 oz. PET container.

VICTORIA Mushroom Salad, a delicious blend of mushrooms, cauliflower, carrots, peppers, celery and olives, is available in a 7.5 oz. size.

The most widely grown and consumed type is the common (or cultivated) mushroom. The fleshy white cap can measure up to 4 inches across. The stem, also white, can be from ¾"to 2" long. They are delicious as appetizers, in salads and dips. Mushrooms are also included in a wide variety of dishes including soups, sauces, stuffings, stews, omelets and go particularly well with onions and rice.
