Our grandfather, Pellegrino Aquilina, established Victoria in 1929, and we are still a family owned and operated company.

In 77 years, we have certainly changed with state of the art equipment, cutting edge technology, and a keen aggressive eye for the future. Although it may seem old fashioned, Victoria is still operating with the same values and traditions of the past. The tradition of producing the finest specialty food products, being honest and sincere in our business dealings, and treating our customers, employees, and suppliers with honesty, respect and dignity, and this will never change.
